We are SO big!

For the longest time the twins have been wanting to sit at the counter with Tavren and eat meals. Well... today was the day I finally let them and boy were they soooo excited! We started out with breakfast and a yogurt and boy did they think they were big.

Every time Milee sees me with the camera this is the face I get with her yelling "CHEESE"

We just need to work on getting the spoon in the mouth lol. It must taste better when its all over your face!

I sometimes just DREAD Monday's!!! Kor goes back to work and its a full week ahead with me and the kids! The kids are getting soooo bored being inside with all this cold weather.. I didn't realize how hard it was going to be having three small children (especially two almost 2 yr olds) indoors most of the time and entertaining them! Its a tough job!! I got online and found some really cute ideas. So to kill time today we did some really fun stuff and thought I would post the pics!

Where's the Rain??

I LOVE rain boots and even as an adult want to wear them! So.... I bought a pair for each of my kids. Tavren has had his fireman boots for awhile now (and wears them everywhere) but I just recently found some really cute ones for the twins. Now we are the rain boot family lol. Its been the cutest thing with them wearing them all over the house!

Happy Dreams

We are currently in the phase of stalling at bedtime. It can seriously take us up to an hour to finally get Tavren to stop screaming at us with questions and drinks of water! The past couple nights he has been saying the cutest things. It starts out with good night Mom, Merry Christmas Mom, happy new years Mom and now he has added happy dreams Mom.... I LOVE it!! This is seriously the most fun age! He has the cutest imagination.... between the monster behind our fridge and the giant spiders on our roof it makes our house one of the funnest places to be ha ha!

I LOVE having a girl!! With all these boys its nice to have a little girl to play with. I saw on another friends blog her little girls pigtails(thanks for the idea Amy) and thought I should definitely give tribute to Milee's little piggy tails. Out of all my kids Mi has had the least amount of hair... poor Mi Mi. A couple weeks ago I was finally able to put pigtails in and she looked absolutely adorable!! I love now that I can do her hair a little now since she now refuses to wear her earrings! Now when we are out I don't always get "Oh what cute twin boys you have!" She has also gotten so girlie in the last little bit (which is hard around here with all these boys!) She absolutely LOVES shoes!! Especially her dressy ones.... check her out showing them off. Gotta love our little girls!!

Snow Day

It has been so nice outside I thought I would dress the kids in their snow stuff and head outside. I cannot believe how long it takes to get three children ready in snow gear! After getting Milee all ready I then realized Tavern's old snow pants do not fit Mavrick. I then had to undress Milee so Mav could wear her PINK pants ahhhh!!! To much work for snow! It was really fun to watch the twins play in the snow for the first time... someone is always losing a boot or a glove and crying. Tavren started doing snow angels and the twins soon followed! All that work of getting them dressed and ten minutes outside we are already back in the house ha ha... its so worth it though!

Firsts

I love firsts! First KISSES, first SUNSETS, your first LICK of ice cream and the first time your three yr old poops in the potty! Yep, that's right... today was a HUGE accomplishment day for Tavren. We woke up this morning and I had a light bulb idea. I took off all three kids diapers and had a potty party. They all took turns sitting on the potty and trying it out. This is the first time (in a long time) he was even willing to sit on the toilet. He then even decided all by himself he was going to wear his transformer underwear! By noon it was still going smooth. No accidents and he still had his underwear on. Right before nap he announced "Mom, I need to poop!" He went in and went all by himself. I was so excited I was jumping up and down in the bathroom. I must have embarrassed him cause when he saw me jumping and so excited he said "I want my diaper back on." So new lesson for mom.... No jumping up and down! Its bed time and we have had two accidents. I pray that tomorrow will go as well or better.
